1. This document and everything in it — pricing, commercial structure, features, technology and plans (the "Confidential Information") — is confidential between Opsian Technologies LLC and Qiancheng Group.
2. Each party will use the Confidential Information solely to evaluate the proposed transaction, share it internally only with those who need it for that purpose, and not disclose it to any third party without the other party's prior written consent.
3. No licence, partnership or obligation to proceed is created by viewing this document.
4. These obligations survive for five years from today and are governed by the laws of Singapore, with disputes resolved by SIAC arbitration in Singapore.
5. Your acceptance is recorded electronically, together with your name, the time, and your network and device details.
